Tapa Supreme — Restaurant in Manila

Their Tapa is sure a hit.. But I missed to ask why they serve their tapsilog with plain rice? Probably so hungry that time.. 🤣🤣🤣.. But yes, they serve it with plain rice which supposed to be a fried rice.. We were not informed whether they dont have that time or ehat so ever... The sizzling hotdog is good.. Serving time is about 20mins.. The server, upon arrival is just busy looking/waiting at the kitchen for orders to come out... though they already saw us.. they didnt bother to greet or offer the menu.. Bad and sad experience here. May uod na nasama sa Beef Nilaga. Okay naman kahit paano branch sa Espanya but etong nasa Vicente Cruz is disappointing especially sa staff service and food. I understand that it might be from the vegetable, I raised this to the staff after seeing it and they shared it to the cook. The cook just looked at us and did not say anything. The food here is great considering that the price is low. But the service is really bad. The waitress are always chit chatting and missing. I waited for almost 30mins just to see the menu yet there are only 2 customer including myself. I also waited for my change for almost 15mins and I am the only customer there at the time. They are always at the corner dilly dallying. And for the food, everytime I ate there the eggs is always undercook. And it could cause salmonella poisoning if your stomach...
