The service has huge different right now. We love coffee of mcdonalds but now the standard and the services they made is not really a good one or should I say a really bad service, I order an ice coffee plain by drive thru and I waited for 10 mins while we are on our while I drink the coffee and it has lot of coffee ground like super lots of coffee ground. We turn back. And I ask the manager about it. They say they will going to replace it. I waited again for more than 10 minutes, and the new ice coffee was not the ice coffee that I've always taste its like water with a light color brown. I ask again the manager she said "I would like to offer you another type of drink" but I insist I said "gusto ko talaga ice coffee" OK sir we will brewed another one. So we waited again, and naiihi na ako sobra, I went in para maka ihi. The comfort room stinks like an dispose food, but I take it kasi naiihi na talaga ako, I came back to the counter to wait for my order, I heard some of the crew making fun or jokes on what we said on the drive thru. They said girl crew "pigilan moko papatulan ko yan" and the other guy said "ohh baka mahighblood ako masasapak ko yan" and the other girl crew again said "sige patulan mo na" and they looked at me after then laugh. So I went back to the car, the person who served us the coffee was a delivery man, he smile at us but in mocking way. Marami pang bad services and product na seserved sakin mcdonalds sumulong and marikina sport center branch mapa drive thru or dine in if you really wanna know everything just ask me I will tell everything. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, the venue’s crew was unprofessional and showed a negative attitude toward them. They were left waiting outside for nearly an hour without being offered a seat or shown any basic courtesy. It was clear the staff inside weren’t busy, yet they chose to ignore my brother-in-law, his girlfriend, and their team.
During the event, my girlfriend and one of our friends — who were both present — remained nothing but polite and respectful toward the staff. Despite their kindness, they were still treated poorly. They even ordered a drink from the venue, meaning they were also paying customers, not just third-party event stylists. The way they were treated simply didn’t reflect that.
I’m sharing this in the hope that the management or owner sees it and addresses this with their team. Every guest, client, or vendor deserves to be treated with basic respect and...

They punched my order without any problems, but when I was called to claim my order they notified me that cheesedunk is not available because it's out of stock. I wanted a refund but I understand that they can't do it since they've already punched my order. They offered me to have a substitute meal instead, I chose fish and fries and guess what? It's also not available!!! That was my last money that I was saving to eat a cheese dunk burger but it was wasted. They offered me to get a quarter pounder medium meal instead. I just agreed knowing that there's no better way around. I'm just really disappointed. They should have told me sooner that it was not available so that I did not have to waste my money.
