The whole experience inside Pancake House was very relaxing for me and my friend. We went there for a light meal at around 7PM. There were only few customers eating that time -- I ordered one of their bestsellers, "Banoffee Pancake". I'm craving for pancakes but I'm not really a fan of bananas for dessert but for some reason, I ordered it. 😂 Luckily, great decision! I can really say na it has a very rich taste, also, generous slices of bananas can be seen in the picture with yummy syrup but choco marble pancakes were a bit small if we compare it to the menu but it's not a big deal. It's perfect for one not-so-hungry person 😂 and the price is sulit for P150.
My friend went for add-ons hahaha kasi she's craving for some salad. Add-ons cost P50 each so she ordered two -- Coleslaw and Tuna Macaroni. The serving size may look a bit small in the picture (also in real life 😂) but my friend said it's nakakabusog! 😊
AND THIS IS THE MOST INTERESTING PART: The staff was very hospitable! I ordered Banoffee Pancake because one of them was kind enough to help me choose between Banoffee and Red Velvet. 😂 And the great thing about Pancake House is they don't discriminate elderly people in the workplace. The staff consisted of truly hospitable employees above the standard age limit at work. Well, but I can't really tell if they're already senior citizens. I'm bad at guessing people's ages. 😓 Oh, and another thing, I don't know if this is something like Pancake House's corporate social responsibility or if this style is like permanent or temporary but I'm really happy to experience such passionate service from the...
Read moreWe had a late dinner last night. We ordered the spaghetti platter, the.salad, cheese waffle regular pancake both with sausages as sides, and waffles with chicken fillet. The orders took so long and came out one at a time, 5 to 7 minutes apart. The pancake and waffle came out without the sausages so the kids couldn't even start eating. I didn't order anything because there was a spaghetti platter anyway. After maybe 30 minutes of waiting, as every one was eagerly anticipating the spaghetti, the server comes out and says it's out of stock. And they will just comp us regular pancakes to make up for their over sight. Had we been informed much earlier, we could've ordered something else to replace it. And no, none of us wanted anymore plain pancakes! Yes, the.kitchen was busy and stocks run out. But, why inform the customers last minute, when they don't have a choice and have waited so long already? And if you're going to try to make up for your error, offer something appropriate, something that shows sincerity, something commensurate to what you failed to serve. Dining at a restaurant isn't just about food, it's about the entirety of the experience. Bad experience leaves a...
Read morePancake House located at Molito Alabang near Madrigal Business Park and right across Alabang Town Center (ATC) is a known breakfast joint in the south particularly from people across laspiñas, parañaque and muntinlupa.
For years pancake house made it a staple of their restaurants to cater all breakfast demands of their patrons. From All Day Breakfasts to the restaurants iconic pancakes. It is delightful eating here and is wholesome at best.
The parking is a lot, especially in the morning but as the day passes by, Molito parking tends to be more crowded.
The Food is above average especially their pancakes. I highly recommend their smoked tinapa fish breakfast. As well, as the omellete. Everything is made great because of a cup of coffee, that is paired along with.
The servers are very accomodating and are very knowledgable with the menu. The restaurant caters to whatever specifications the customer might want, they honor also the dietary restrictions upon request. Even though there are a lot of customers each and every request was catered by our servers and staff which I highly commend.
Overall, the whole experience is a great one especially spending mornings here with the...
