Peri Peri Charcoal Chicken (ATC) — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

This is the least Peri Peri branch that we will visit. Our first time actually today. There were 3 servers but only the guy who managed to attend to us, the 2 girls were busy at the counter as if there were so many people billing out but actually there were only 3 tables occupied. Obviously just letting the guy server do almost everything.

We asked for utensils and food missing I approached the 2 girls on the counter asked them to help but only one did something which is - to give the late service of the very burnt garlic bread. We said why are you still serving this when it is already burnt- she left and didn’t say anything. One girl server who was on the heavier side came in I asked where she went she answered “cr po” - just cause we noticed that only the guy doing almost all service to the tables.

We asked for the manager, the guy server staid he was busy manning the kitchen. I asked how many people in the kitchen- he said there were 2. So now 3 with the manager with them. Again there weren’t people during this time. We arrived at 630 our food was served 40 Mins late, our side sauces arrived later than the food, Iced tea order never came in only when we reminded so it was served after consuming the food.

The manager approached us, not really judging but we already know why the service was bad. He apologized and said he will do something about this.

We’ve been to other branches and Alabang branch is sad to say the worst. My appetite to eat disappeared because of their service.

Value for money - YES but service...

Food was ok but service was very bad. Staff didn’t even entertain us to get seated while 3 of them were in the counter and saw us waiting. It was not a busy time. We sat by ourselves waiting for the menu card and staff pointed out the menu cards on the next table which means he wanted us to get it ourselves.

There were only few tables occupied so it was not very busy but no server came to take our order until we called one of them. Before even taking our order, the waiter wearing glasses offered us their package/card which we obviously were not interested to buy but he was persistent.

We ordered chicken Quesadilla with nacho cheese and peri peri chicken meal. There were 2 pcs of quesadilla but the other one has only chicken, no cheese inside. On top of that, they served the cheese sauce for the nachos when we were done eating.

When we asked for the bill, this waiter wearing black spectacles, offered their package again very persistently even when we declined few times. He purposely showed his disappointment to us and I found it very rude.

I’m very disappointed with your service. I don’t wanna dine here again because of your staff, it was a bad dining experience. I hope management will do something to improve the staff of...

Ordered delivery online from PERI-PERI ALABANG TOWN CENTER through Grabfood. KULANG-KULANG ang nadeliver and ang daming wrong orders:

The dip/sauces were all WRONG.

The SOUP we ordered was different from what was delivered (ordered cheesy broccoli potato soup, what was delivered was the chicken soup w corn that tasted like Knorr soup)

The SALTED EGG POTATO CHIPS looked more like a POTATO BALLS, dikit dikit na parang bola.

The sidedish was changed without our knowledge (french fries was changed to mashed potato na walang lasa)

One of the chickens was undercooked (pula-pula)

Called their customer service number TWICE waiting for a callback from the branch to fix the issues.. waited for more than an hour but NO ONE CALLED. Branch/mall already closed for the day.

This is by far the WORST Peri-Peri branch in the Philippines… and based on previous reviews it would be better if your store burned down and CLOSE for good. God Bless.
