North Park Noodles - Alabang Town Center — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

There is no more word that can describe how disappointed I was with Northpark Alabang Town Center. I was hungry rushing getting off work to go to ATC to have dinner with my two other friends. While checking the Menu, we ask the waitress if we can order the fried noodles but no meat, seafood only. She confidently replied, that we can, they can cook ut without meat. We run through the menu again ordered other some other items. When the noodles was served, IT HAS REDISH ORANGE MEATS in it, they separated more seafood in a bowl but STILL HAS MEATS. I ask the waitress why, then she offered to replace it, still the one she replaced has bits of mest and fats. Another thing, we ordered 1 almond Jelly with Lychee and 1 almond Jelly with Tropical fruits, but they ONLY SERVED 2 ALMOND JELLY WITH TROPICAL FRUITS, we also ordered hot Honey Lemon but it was not served not until WE FOLLOWED IT UP WHEN WE WERE DONE EATING. I asked for a manager, there was this guy who said there are two of them, one is inside and he is the one assigned outside, but he did not do anything to address my concern except getti g the almond jelly with tropical fruits and replaced it with the right order. We asked for bill out, the first waiter gave us the bill and gave him the money, a few minutes after there was another lady giving us ANOTHER SAME BILL, which we have already paid. I just told here DIBA ANDUN NA BINAYARAN KO NA? BAKIT PURO KAYO MALI MALI TODAY? Then she just turned her back on me. I literally lost my appetite and was out of my mood. I was so excited at first to eat seafood fried noodles because it’s my favorite, but I ended up eating broccoli and...

I posted a bad review for this resto wayback Auguat 2017 and they did nothing about it. I never went back to this resto since then. It was a horrible experience

Its our first time to eat at this branch...unfortunately..the experience was not good. We were craving for lomi..but their lomi is not good enough..their service is very bad.u need to make a lot of follow ups for simple request like glass of water.and the staff who finally brought my water hastily placed the glass on our table...without even looking..like he was no longer there when we said thank you..and when u call the attn of any of their staff for anything..its like their rushing to brush you off..they don't have that much customers..not all tables are filled up..im not really sure why they are rushing the whole time we're there...i don't think we're going back here after this experience...bad...

Came in to get some congee to go bc my mom was sick. The servers saw me just standing at the entrance and waving to get their attention. I had to go to the cashier to order and she seemed visibly annoyed that i was ordering. Maybe bc i was just wearing sweats and nothing fancy? (Bc literally to go lang naman and my house is so near). After she took my order, she faced her back to me so i couldnt tell/ask for anything more. I had to ask to be seated pa after 1 min of her back to me bc it was so awkward just standing there in the middle of the resto. Tapos when i paid them, they gave me 100 pesos IN PESO COINS and side eyed me the whole time i was there. Like ???? What discrimination is this. Awful awful service. Im so sad pa naman bc we frequented the place before bc its literally a 3 min drive from...
