We used to dine at El Pollo Loco in Megamall, so we were excited to check out their Okada branch—and it didn’t disappoint.
Our server welcomed us warmly, introduced herself, and managed our expectations on wait time. Service water was provided right away, and they even had a high chair for our neice. The entrance is PWD-friendly and there’s a restroom available.
We orderd: Macaroni Soup – creamy with a distinct bell pepper taste, though the pasta a bit scarce and was a bit overcooked but still good overall. Fries with Cheese – crispy and perfectly dusted. Quesadilla – cheesy with a nice salsa kick. El Pollo Frito – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and flavorful - something you would expect from a deboned thigh part. Though served slightly cold. The rice was perfect; the iced tea was too sweet for me. Spaghetti Con Carne + Chicken Tenders with Beef Taco – great combo. Al dente pasta, hot crispy tenders with tasty honey mustard, and a taco with a satisfying crunch and flavorful filling.

I think the other table ordered lots of unlimited rice ( El Pollo Frito). They were told cant bring home or take away but Miss rose is very kind she ask the customer if they wanted to bring home because it is 'sayang'. If I were the other table I would really be greatful for Miss Rose of El Pollo Loco ( Okada Branch)Our family is very happy seeing this kind of employee whose very thoughtful. Hope you can give her an 'award' for being so thoughful and kindhearted ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Kudo El Pollo Loco.
