The food is great! Too bad we did not get to taste what we went there to taste--the Japanese Pancakes, because theu ran out. That's one reason to visit the place again. Our great experience would have been more wonderful if we were able to savour the taste of the famous fluffy pancakes. It being a Saturday, it would have been good to have added some more to the usual number of daily servings so that clients would not go home disapponted. Yes, all the food we ordered was a feast from the palate all the way to the tummy. We even ordered coffee to cap our dinner. But the experience (or the lack thereof) would have been complete if we got to try the Japanese pancakes. I'm sure that several others share my sentiments. We'll definitely be going back, if only to try the Japanese pancakes...and grab some Milk Pie to go! Thank you...

Absolutely satisfied with the dishes! Granted, they're not cheap. Experience-wise however, we are definitely happy with the food taste, quality, portion, and serving time. A few menu items had a longer wait time though (~40-45 minutes for the pancakes!).

As an aside however, I was a bit disappointed with the restroom cleanliness. There were plenty of mud marks on the floor (hardly a spot was clean) and there was a too noticeable stench. It's not the worst, but it didn't go hand-in-hand with the image of the restaurant.

The bathroom situation could be (hopefully) be just a one-off. Staff service was friendly, quick, and on point. We're definitely heading back to try out their...

They dont have a store where you can sit and eat in Okada. Only a stall located by the fountains. We want to try their Japanese pancake but they don’t sell it here. They only sell cheeses. I decided to just try the the cheesecake instead but when I bought it and they gave it to me it’s frozen! Cant even eat it until it’s thawed. They then told us to go to Ayala Malls to eat there. I think most of the pictures here are from the Ayala Mall...
