I rarely write bad reviews because if I have anything constructive to say, I usually reach out to whoever is in charge. We tried to when we were there, however, no one was listening. So I hope someone TRULY in charge sees this review and greatly improves the operations, service and cleanliness of this branch. I have provided photos and videos for your review. Jollibee is a beloved, local brand & this location is where a lot of travelers get their firsthand experience of the brand. It's a shame if they experience what we experienced here.
Anyway, TLDR: This branch was very disappointing & had sanitary & service issues. See photos + videos.
Long version: The place was dirty—tables were left with trays, food, and trash for more than 20 minutes without being cleaned. The return station was broken and overflowing with garbage, and even the counters and drink stations were messy with used cups and spills.
The queue was also disorganized. We lined up properly, but staff allowed people to cut in and didn’t manage the line at all.
We tried to call the attention of the staff but no one seemed attentive or in control. Busy? Peak hours? Understaffed? Ok, I can empathize but I hope this is not a recurring, day-to-day, normal branch operations.

Atmosphere is okay though, this one we went to is inside a really nice hotel, but we felt the seats weren’t enough for such a busy and crowded place. Yet we will very likely come back and try the other...

But the PROBLEM is MICH :) I asked nicely “Can I have ketchup please.” take note.. May please pa yan. She just glared at me, took the ketchup, placed it on my takeout bag, and guess what? Binalibag niya lang naman yung tray sa counter. And no it was no accident.. it was 10pm, yes. She’s tired. But I was too polite with my tone and approach since I value crew/workers from fastfood so much and I don’t deserve that kind of treatment. Sinadya ko pakita sakanya na I took a picture which is napatingin siya. :) Jollibee Okada, you’re great. But teach your workers, especially MICH. To be kind and calm no matter how tired she is.. I was very respectful towards her but she showed disrespect in...
