Shakey's — Restaurant in Parañaque

We dined around 10pm and there are lots of customers. My parents were hungry coming from an event in MOA.

I’ve always admired the good service of their other branches but this branch is just disappointing. The food is great as always but the service sure needs to be improved in this branch. I understand that there are a lot of customers but I don’t think the service we got was reasonable.

When we arrived, we are so thirsty and needed water. However, we had to ask 3x before they gave us a pitcher.

The waitress who took our order did not wrote down what I said and as expected, 2 dishes were missed.

Upon paying the bill, it took 15mins to get our change.

I wish they will improve the service on this branch. Fortunately, our family still enjoyed the food so it’s still good. I just won’t be coming back to...

HORRRIBLE SERVICE!

Servers didn't know what was on or off the menu. Ordered lemonade and got a bunch of ice tea-lemonades. Took a very long time and had to ask 5 times before getting another coffee. First they tell me only one burger type is available. Then they tell me later there are no burgers at all. Pastas kept coming out cold that some just ate it because we were all hangry by then. Several party members ordered regular sized pepperoni pizzas. One server keeps telling us that one hand tossed is available then another server comes along later to tell us only thin crust is available. We canceled all our pizza and burger orders and had to stick to chicken. I personally just canceled my order except for a small plate of potatoes. This place seriously should closed and everyone...

First off, the Food. We ordered a mushroom soup, Chicken and Mojo's, Party size Hand Tossed Manager's Choice Pizza, Garlic bread and Carbonara. The soup and gravy was salty, pizza had a few toppings and the Carbonara was a bit bland due to less sauce. The service was okay in the beginning but when we billed out and asked the leftovers to be taken out, that's what took our time. Last is the restaurant's ambiance. I was comfortable at my seat while eating the meal. The interiors were filled with Christmas decors and the place felt good. Overall, the dining experience is kinda normal like a Standard dining experience, but I'm a bit disappointed at the food. Thanks God the Mojos were still awesome...
