This branch is a masterclass in how not to run a café.

The pastries are visibly stale, lacking any semblance of freshness. They tasted exactly the way they looked.

The coffee—supposedly their core product—is astonishingly weak and uninspired. My café latte was nothing more than frothed fatty milk, completely devoid of any espresso backbone. To make matters worse, they don’t even offer skim milk or basic sugar substitutes, yet they price themselves higher than Starbucks, which at least delivers consistency.

Service is another disaster entirely: painfully slow, inattentive, and unprofessional. Cashiers and baristas seem unable—or unwilling—to communicate, resulting in orders that reflect interpretation rather than accuracy. Errors aren’t the exception here; they’re the rule.

The lavish interiors only underscore the mediocrity: this is décor compensating for incompetence. And to add insult to injury, some cashiers have the audacity to ask if they can “give your change later”—a request that should set off alarm bells for any discerning customer.

This is not a coffee shop. It is a pretentious façade peddling overpriced mediocrity. Save your time, your money, and your patience. Avoid...

When i came with no customer que at all in store and order a Hot americano ( a very simple beverage ) and as u know the cashier still counting the money and not given attention to me and she just give a hand sign ask me to wait, after she finish then take my order, and i see the barista girl wipe the cup previous order with very a slowmo and still not yet do my order, and im waiting so long time i gonto cashier to ask my order and she even not look at me and just a give a hand sign ask me to wait again, after the barista wipe all the cup and put in the paperbag and waiting the customer came to take the beverage, after the customer take the order she just take my order and it took about 20 minute to wait this beverage, i will not come here anymore, its not becoz the beverage its about the service...

Everything that should not happen happens here.

It's the only coffee store inside Solaire, and the looks will fool you. Do not judge a book by its cover, as they say, and this is a classic example of it.

Microwaved pastries instead of air oven, our pastries were served SOGGY.

Coffees that taste like milk but not coffee.

No Splenda, no Equal, no Stevia, only sugar is offered.

Prices are more expensive than Starbucks.

Baristas that dont communicate with cashiers regarding specific customer orders.

No wifi.

Service is lacking, poor communication.

I can go on and on. It gets boring.

This coffee place is smearing the Solaire brand. Its lease should be revoked...
