we celebrated fathers day, and it was so busy nag antay kami more than an hour which is fine with us dahil father's day naman, after eating we requested for our bill for checking we obviously have senior's in our group we were asked if cash or card ng dining staff sabi namin card since wala silang portable card swiper tinuro kami sa casher na nasa gilid then after payment we check our bill and noticed walang lumabas na senior discount yung sc na nakalagay is service charge pala, so kinausap namin yung casheir bat walang discount sabi lang sorry po na settle na po kc so meaning nothing can be done.

Observations: It may be a toxic day but it should be SOP to ask if may ipapadiscount ba it's a shared responsibility by the dining staff and cashier.

We have previous experience as well but even after the amount was settled they were able to offer and do something about it, unlike how they handled the situation and just said it was already settled and nothing...
