The food here is so delicious, I have nothing to say and the waitress Jean is so kind, she always laughs even when she is tired and she knows what the needs of her customers are like when my husband and I ordered bulalo soup, she gave us fish sauce and Chili 🌶️ calamansi,and this waitres its so kind who doesn't need to be ordered first, she takes the initiative to take, ate Jean is always ready like a wrapper, she has a brow bag, a furtuning, and a plastic bag, hahaha He also has a toothpick in his pocket, he's funny, and we asked him why there's a fortune in your pocket. Worst Gilligan's Branch in all of the Philippines and Worst Service I've experienced in my lifetime. This is the best place for you to train yourself to be an individual of patience and composure.

Service 0.01/10 Amazingly life changing experience! It took us 8 requests and 5 different crews to be served soup, 4 requests and 3 different crews to be served water. If you ask for something they will turn their backs on you in a highly disrespectful manner and move on to other tables and take orders. The beautiful lady serving us just left our food on a tray beside our table for a long time that we had to serve ourselves out instead. Beggars and solicitor's left and right. Poor management and training is in new depths here.

Food 2/10 Lovely! The food was not served hot, their serving proportions were noticeably far lesser than other Branches, they will serve your food on a dirty bowl with dried off soup everywhere on the side, and some plates were chipped off of the sides. It tasted alright, but the quality of cooking is better in other branches.

Sanitation 1/10 Mesmerizing! Walking in the restroom was like walking inside a sewage canal.

For the whole duration of our stay we all just itched to get the f* out of that place. It was a horrible experience. The place was great. But we ordered sisig and chicken with drinks. The waitress told us to wait around 15-20 mins yet we've been waiting for around 30 minutes already.

The manager was always standing behind my husband while glimpsing at us which was too awkward for us. It felt like the manager was thinking that we sat there without ordering anything when in reality, the food took 30 mins or at least an hour to get to us! ALSO, WE ORDERED MANGO GRAHAM, the waitress even listed that for us, WE NEVER RECEIVED IT.

We're done eating but was waiting for that till we asked them about the missing order. Another waiter told us that it was not available at the time. We told the waitress about it and she told me to wait for it, then it took us another 20 mins to realize that it really wasn't available even if it was part of our order and the waitress gave us false hope and the manager that always look at us, couple seemed judgmental from how he looked at us while we waited for so long with our orders. I NEVER WANNA GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN. THE FOOD WAS AWFUL but Pandan salad was an exception though the order took 40 mins to get to us.
