Jollibee Buendia- Taft Pasay — Restaurant in Pasay

Normally i would understand lapses in regards to missing items in our orders but this happened just too often for me to finally post a review because I'm hella irritated by now. Not just when ordering online through grab/foodpanda, but I was literally in store today, 5/31/25 5-6AM, waited for more than 30 minutes for my order, and yet its still incomplete. The service is beyond awful and slow. It was not even rush hour but feels like it. Every customer aside from me had to wait 30 minutes or so, and I even saw someone had to cancel their order and get their money back and just leave. This was possible, because the cashier don't even had the orders punched in yet, and orders were manually taken and are called out to the kitchen- yet still so slow??? The kiosk wasn't even broken. It was also the manager who had dispatched my food and failed to complete my order correctly.

This place, although always busy, is of excellent service. The staff are adequate to meet their customers ' needs. The manager is constantly on the lookout to see to it that everything is okay.

The CR is the best that I have seen. There is always enough supply of hand soap. The CR is always clean and in order. There is a separate hand wash area outside the CR near the dining area.

Although parking is provided, it is occupied most of the time. The delivery service is great, too.

The guard is accommodating. We asked for some directions on how to reach a place. The guard did not know the answer to our question, but he told us to wait for some delivery guy, who told us the correct direction in going...

It is not good for the restaurant that your main product which is the fried chicken is not available in the menu, most of the items is not available for orders like coffee for drinks. Also the knowledge of the staff to be attentive for the guest is quite slow. I ask when or what time of the operation could they offer the fried chicken she said "ewan ko ma'am", you cannot say that directly to your customer you have your inventory and listing of running low items you can also asess what time the items would be available for the operation not to say na hindi mo alam kung kailan. Walang breading yung chicken kaya di available ibig sabihin hindi na monitor yung stocks lalo na this holiday season. Next...
