Tried to have breakfast while waiting for owwa office to open. I ordered food at kiosk however cashless payment in unavailable so i have to give my order stub to the cashier. Then she ask what is my order(i was shocked, i mean what is the point of the kiosk order) then she found out that she charged my order to the person in front of me. In front of me was chinese family, they didn't bother to call the costumer that they paid the wrong order, they just wait for him to come back. While i was waiting for my receipt the other costumer came back and said the order was wrong. She just called her supervisor and keep accommodating the costumer behind me. The supervisor spoke with the customer and she said in tagalog( anong order nyo sir? While murmuring di naman makaintindi yan ng tagalog, chinese yan) for me it was rude. The costumer ended up ordering again at the kiosk. Then i got my claim stub, waited for my food the went up to second floor since ground floor is full(very limited chairs) second floor is not close are but feels like one( no light and ac even fan, just normal lights from window glass) i ask to open the light atleast to one of the staff and she just nod at me. I am already sweating so i have to wait for the table downstair to be free. I ate my food as fast as i can and left. The service of this branch is very poor. I already made a review about their branch last year regarding the service but it is evident that they havenāt improved since then. I donāt understand how a mix nā match order for take-out would take 45-50 mins considering I came in the store when it wasnāt busy yet.
For context, they were able to prepare my order on time. However, I noticed that it was made for Dine in. I asked the staff if that was mine but he asked me to wait for my number because the number on the receipt is incorrect - written was number 4 and mine was 12. I was then accommodated by the cashier because I couldnāt hide how irritated I wasā¦the staff apologized and I did as well. They were able to change my order into a fresh one but I hope other customer wouldn't...

It may just be because the branch is relatively new, but I guess it's fair to say that their manager is also strict with regards to that aspect. Staff were VERY attentive when it comes to cleaning up emptied food trays and dirty tables, but their service went beyond. This is me coming in on a Sunday to eat.
My only problem (besides the shrinking serving size you'd see in every Jollibee branch) was that the branch lacked minor things like ketchup packets, etc. Still a solid...
