Poor quality of service, atmosphere smells urine like a toilet bowl, that has not been flush for a long time no proper cleaning in the 2nd floor area. I have to repeat 3 times just taking my order. Cashier mentioned 15minutes wait time for the chicken but turns out another 15mins when I followed up just for the luriat alone. My beef chao fan ,taste like rice from yesterday that has been left in the freezer. Apaka tigas! Pwedeng ibato. Dapat chinicheck yung branch na to for inspection para umayos...

So it took them 20 mins to bring 2 iced teas and 30 mins to cook 1 order of tofu.... very very bad service. They were also very impolite and ignored us when we were ff-up our order. This could have been resolved if they were not always understaffed. I said always because nothing has changed over the months that we kept...

I've been here once last December having vacation , and isang araw ng yaya mg gala yung friend ko, and while gumagala kami,naabutan na kami ng past noon na, and we're looking for a kainan nun na mura pero masarap and we're so gutom na gutom that time. Well here I could tell ha na organized cla from taking the orders, from cooking the meal, and until sa pg served. I've been also sa ibang kainan na bubuyog minsan, and due to unorganized procedure nila ang gulo tignan ng mga staff at pati nrin mga customers ng kakagulo nrin kaka follow up sa orders.
