KFC — Restaurant in Pasay

Ordered using foodpanda

KFC employee contacted us saying there was a payment issue and to cancel the order

Foodpanda would not let us cancel the order and the KFC kept instructing us multiple ways to cancel the order ALL OF WHICH DID NOT WORK

The KFC then said they HAVE received our money but that they will refund it and to pay the rider cash. We said we would not pay cash until we see the refund. The KFC was of no help

The food then got marked as delivered BUT IT HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED

The KFC employee then stopped contacting us and that was the end of their contact.

We finally got a refund from foodpanda after explaining the issue and that the food had not been delivered

Tried to order the food in the cashier (was already lining up, waited at least 15 mins) till they asked us to order it directly in the self checkout counter wasted another 5 mins THEN brought the order ticket LINED UP again to pay the bill WAITED FOR 25-30 mins got heated cos it’s so ridiculous

There was only one cashier the was nice and well mannered but it’s just too long and when I asked her how long more she couldn’t even speak basic English.

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this so called “fast food restaurant” cos wtf overall waited almost an hour just for the food.

Food was so bad that the rice has too much water in it that it feels yucky, kinda embarrassing cos all Filipino usually cooks the best...

Very bad place to eat when you're in rush, either way it's also bad to eat here in dine in, it's smelly and the bad part is their service, only 1 cashier? I didn't even know that my food was done because there's no receipt number, it took me 30 mins just to pay up at the cashier, and another 20mins for the food to be called, I won't honestly know if my food is served or done because like I said, there's no number on my recipt, I had to go there to even ask what the hell is happening to my food, it's longer than the busiest McDonald's. This place alone is annoying, would...
