I came over to inquire and book for the birthday party of my son in their branch. As I enter, the atmosphere is way too different from other jollibee. Not much customers. Way too many crews inside but only one counter open. And even then, the counter leaves it. Many managers were inside. I was obviously standing in the party inquiry area for quite a long time and a manager from the inside saw me but pretended not to. A security approached me and i told him my concern. He went in and out then told me soembody will come out. That took probably 10 mins of waiting. Then a manager came with in and the first thing she said was ādid you try logging in online?ā then I said I tried but it didnāt work. Then she said booking is actually there already but I can try to help you check here. So I was trying to explain what the issue was on the website but she was just not interested and just focusing on asking me when will be the party. I told her I didnāt manage to book online because their branch is not shown from the options. I also ask her if we need an account because she asked me if I logged on so I was assuming you have to create an account, she said you donāt need to you can just go there and book. I was trying to tell her about the website not having their branch but obviously sheās not into the mood of accommodating me. She asked for the date, then I said I have not seen your packages yet so Iām wondering if you can walk me through? She just insisted on the dates. Then I ask if there are other Jollibee branches that caters parties nearby. She said the one from blue Bay walk and another one somewhere. So I said Iāll just try to go there and book. I went to their branch in blue Bay walk, only to find out itās closed and under renovation. It was such a toxic experience to book in their branch. I would understand if the operation was BC and that thereās a lot of customers and that thereās a lot of orders for deliveries but I donāt see any reasons for them not to be happy catering or accommodating other customers. I love Jollibee And it makes me sad to see people unworthy working in their company. This branch sucks. People look lazy. They made me feel unwelcome. Well maybe because Jollibee is Jollibee and their food is great, but please donāt take it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy recent visit to Jollibee at the Phoenix Gas Station left me thoroughly disappointed, primarily due to the abysmal service provided by one of their guards. The guard's lazy demeanor and lack of interest in assisting customers spoke volumes about the overall experience at this location.
Customer service is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and unfortunately, this visit was marred by the guard's indifference. It's disheartening when a staff member's attitude detracts from what should be an enjoyable meal. As a customer, I expect a basic level of attentiveness and professionalism, which was clearly lacking here.
While I would typically comment on the food quality and ambiance of the restaurant, the negative encounter with the guard overshadowed these aspects. It's disappointing when such incidents make it difficult to appreciate what could otherwise be a pleasant dining experience.
In conclusion, based on my visit to Jollibee Phoenix Gas Station branch, I cannot recommend this location due to the poor customer service exhibited by the lazy guard. Until there are improvements in staff professionalism and customer engagement, dining here may not be worth the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBought lunch yesterday (Saturday January 28, 2023). The lady Risha I think was in a terribly mood, no respect for disabled people. I have clearly mentioned to her that I have hearing impairment and I really canāt hear her mumbling or whispering under her mask on. I have to lean over her counter as I terribly cannot hear what she was saying. All my orders were wrong. I was so upset and disappointed and felt discriminated against my disability. Iām grateful that the other staff console me and acknowledged my feelings (i didnāt get her name but she was the one who handed my orders - I was wearing a flowery black dress with a very long hair - for her service itās a five star). Jollibee must teach people how to deal with customers with disabilities, and some of disabilities canāt be seen physically but if the customer already said that they canāt hear you - it means YOU have to adjust to meet the demands of your paying customer. I left your branch crying! My grandchildren were upset too when I went back to our hotel...
