Jollibee — Restaurant in Puerto Princesa

Does it really takes 15minutes for a malasado egg to be cooked then they bring us lapsed egg instead, when we returned the meal they asked us to wait for another 10minutes, just for the egg? Staffs are very timid. We could not wait for the meal, instead we left the place. Yung cashier nasa loob ng kitchen nakikipag horse playing sa kitchen staff, which left the SOP of the business. They couldn't even handle...

I did a quick takeout here. They already use kiosks to order, and food is picked up. The restaurant was packed during dinner time, so it took some time before my order was prepared. This is to be expected from Jollibee as one of the most popular fast foods in the country.

Nag order ako ng Y2 (Burger, Fries and Drinks) for Dine IN dito sa Jollibee Valencia St. Puerto Princesa City. 15 minutes na ako naka tayo waiting for my order to be served. Sakto paparating yung Lalaking Manager so I approached him nicely at ang sabi ko "Boss baka pwede pa follow up ng order ko kasi 15 minutes na wala pa rin." Na bigla ako sa sagot ng Manager, ang sabi nya sa akin " Ay! wala pa namang 1 HOUR!". And then sabi nya "Oh nandito na pala bakit hindi mo kinukuha?" How do i know na yun pala ang order ko eh naka balot sa paper bag na pang take out samantalang for Dine IN and order ko. Sobra po akong nabastusan sa sinabi nya.
