We love the food! They serve unlimited rice, big piece of grilled chicken. Best halo-halo we taste in Philippines so far. Also, we met a passionate dedicated waitress at the Mang Inasal Chinatown Center Puerto Princesa. He is a 'rice guy'. He is so dedicated and always do the inspection to every almost-empty plate he sees and he will ask 'rice ma'am?' omg so proactive haha. I will come back to this place. Extremely deplorable customer service towards seniors—so disrespectful. Why have a priority lane for seniors, PWD, and pregnant women if you're going to serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis? This is the only Mang Inasal that does this. The cashiers are rude (the lady with eyeglasses, new staff), as are the servers. The manager is incompetent. Slow service and terrible customer service. There are better places to eat in Robinson's. STAY AWAY...

We enjoyed this, surprisingly enough. We sat down to share the new crema de leche halo-halo and we both found it to be tasty and not too sweet. For two of us the regular size at 98 pesos was enough. We marked the place down for atmosphere because it's in a big echoing shopping mall, but in all fairness the service was quick and pleasant and the one item we bought was pretty good.
