Dulcelin Gourmet is well-known for their Mango Torte which has helped them make their mark in the food industry. Mico is one of the owners and mentioned that the name came from Dulce which means sweet and then Lin which is short for Linda (his mom). Besides the restaurant, they also offer catering service for any kind of events.
APPETIZER Smoked Bone Marrow & Pulled Pork w/ Crostini Bread - Another great meal starter. Make sure to mix the pulled beef and bone marrow on top of the toasted bread.
Wild Caught Shrimp w/ Marinated Quail Egg on Shiso Leaf - Roll all of the ingredients on the shiso leaf and then take a bite. I liked it! It was packed with a lot of flavors.
Miso Glazed Cauliflower - I’ve tried a similar dish at Green Pasture but I liked this better because it was cooked perfectly since the cauliflower still had the crunch to it. Not to mention their serving size was bigger compared to GP.
MAIN I’m a self professed meat-lover so I was biased to like these two dishes: Hickory Smoked Pork Ribs and Hickory Smoked Beef Short Ribs. It was tender and easily falls off the bone. Yummy!
Crispy Pork Chop - I had some difficulty cutting through the meat. One of my least favorite dishes.
Buttery Fried Chicken - I love the crispiness and the taste the chicken with the batter used. Good for sharing!
Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese - The pasta was al dente but could have been cheesier. The pulled pork toppings was a nice touch.
Pasta Bolognese - Only had a few bites of this but it lacked taste. The meat and sauce wasn’t as flavorful. It needed more seasoning.
Red Snapper w/ Green Coconut Sauce - The green coconut sauce was so good. Nice to pair it with rice and the snapper was cooked with the right tenderness to the fish meat.
Charred Leeks w/ Anchovy Brown Butter & Hazelnuts - I’m not a fan of this. Burnt leeks wasn’t one of the things I’ll be ordering anytime soon.
Creamed Spinach - I kinda liked it cause the creaminess of the sauce with the spinach worked well for me but I would add a little pepper to it...

We were asking for a consideration that may we be able to redeem our cashcashpinoy voucher today December1 or anytime this December though its in the voucher details that Dec1-Jan5 is their blockout period.We purchased the voucher for our Dad's bday on January but something just came up and we'll be out of town until the redemption period ends which is January 12. The Boss didn't even want to listen to our explanation and somehow be given a consideration since its already a paid transaction. Just one mango torte para lang di masayang binayaran namin since we cant find a relative or friend who can redeem the already purchased item come January 6-12,2015. I have bought vouchers from Metrodeal and Cashcashpinoy for a series of skin treatment and gym usage before and when I found out that I was pregnant and cant meet the redemption deadline they were very very considerate and allowed me to just redeem their services even way way beyond their redemption period . Read moreI ordered the pumpkin soup for first course and the roast beef which was good for one person for second course and they were both very good for the price you pay. The roast beef was upgraded from rice to mash potatoes and as it said on the menu that it came with French green beans, I did not make anymore side orders. But it came with three pieces of green beans obliging me to ask for a side of order of the green beans. But I ended up quite satisfied with the food and the service. Seeing how good the roast beef was, I took out an order of callos to have for dinner. I will comment about it...
