Dunkin' — Restaurant in Quezon City

We visited this branch of Dunkin’ Donuts to claim the free donuts and iced coffee as part of the promo for attending Byeon Woo Seok’s fan meeting. Even though it took us almost an hour to commute, we were very eager to go to the store. The ambiance was nice and the place was spacious, which we appreciated.

Pero the reason kung bakit mababa yung rating ko is because of our interaction with the staff. Pagdating namin, tinanong kami kung dine-in or take-out, and we said take-out since may kailangan pa kaming puntahan after. Nakuha naman namin yung order namin, and we just sat down for a minute para lang matikman yung drink before umalis.

Then a staff member approached us and gave us a glass, telling us we needed to transfer our drinks because take-out cups weren’t allowed inside. What caught us off guard was the tone used — one staff member said, “Tinanong niyo ba ‘yan kung take out o dine-in?” followed by, “Kung take out, take out.” It felt like they were upset, and it left us stunned. Because of how they approached us, we didn’t even get to explain that we were just planning to taste the drinks quickly before leaving.

In the end, we just stayed and finished our drinks there, but the mood was already ruined. We understand if there are policies to follow, but we hope the staff can approach customers more politely next time. Nakakasira ng mood kung pano nila...

rude staff. i wanted to order the 2 new coffee drinks. but staff said there's none. i said i saw it in poster. she said there's no poster. so i went over to the other side to look at the poster and read to her the order. but she took in the next customer. i graciously waited. and after that customer left i started telling her my order but to my surprise she took another customer and told me to wait. the next customer looked at me and i told him i was here first. the other staff came and was the one who took my order, who was also very unfriendly. staff here is odd. they don't know their own menu and wouldnt make the effort to bother to learn and are rude on...

Great atmosphere, incredible value. You can get two donuts and one large Iced Coffee for just 104 pesos! Now there are charging ports at the study desk space, which are quite useful, but the study desks themselves are quite uncomfortable to sit on and has little space to put your tray of donuts on. There are lots of other more comfortable tables but no charging ports there.

Overall, if you want to study with notebooks, its a great affordable cafe to go to. But I suggest bringing a small laptop (14" below) and charge them beforehand before going to the store for the optimum...
