The branch manager is genuinely amiable and accommodating. Staffers may commit forgivable mistakes once in a while and display exhaustion during peak seasons for being undermanned, but still do their jobs courteously, while some aren't as generous with minor requests, such as asking for a sufficient or decent amount of GG's napkins when it should be commensurate to the ordered foods. When one orders around 2 viands good for 3 people, surely you shouldn't be given only 2 special napkins, right? (Not the thin tissues for dine in). I just let that go but I hope some use common sense. Overall though, the staffers fulfill their end of the bargain and even engage in pep talks. Compared to other branches I've gone to within the city, this is my favorite branch not only because of its accessibility, but primarily for the fair servings, the right taste, the kind of crowd and its number, and a quiet, orderly, and a relaxed ambiance. A wonderful dining experience! We ordered the Calamares, Pork Sisig, Kare-Kare Beef, Halo-Halo, and Banana con Yelo, and everything was not only visually appealing but also incredibly tasty and delicious. Each dish was served quickly and filled our empty stomachs perfectly.
