Jollibee - Spark Place Cubao — Restaurant in Quezon City

I ordered C1 and the cashier named Jhalian was not paying attention on what I was saying. She asked what drink do I need she mentioned pineapple, so I end up saying pineapple, but I said, can I get a large Coke please. Then after the transaction I thought she was paying attention but I was wrong. She gave me a large but looked like small drink, pineapple juice. Then I asked if I can get a disposable spoon, then the cashier went to talk to her 🏳️‍🌈manager. Then she said I can’t get one because they have the metal one, which I don’t really like using when I eat fastfood restaurants. So I said I can’t use those metal ones please give me just 1 plastic spoon. They finally gave me one. But when I get to sit on the table, i realized the chicken they gave me has a bite mark, they just said it’s nothing and natural. So before I eat my food I just want to share my experience on this place. The gravy was like non existent, it was just the surface that it looked it has one. The taste of the chicken was 3/10 not very good. Thought it was good since it’s philippines, but American chicken is better than here. I work at BPO and my lunch is scheduled every 4am, Today, June 30 (Sunday) I ordered take out but decided to eat it inside as my workmates ditched me and ate on another fast food chain. I was done eating my food when a female guard shooed me away citing an ordinance about prohibiting in eating take out foods inside (didn't know that was a thing since 2021). Issue is, its 4am if I'm still eating my food would she shoo me away and if I refuse would she report me to the authorities?

Then shouldn't she shoo away the loiterers inside? They didn't buy anything and are just talking or waiting for time to pass. I'm mad because its not even rush hour-I'm not disturbing anyone and I finished eating quietly. But yeah, sure be inflexible and cite the city ordinance on me at 4am.

Also it would be great if there are additional staffs on this branch. This is my last time going here but I noticed the long wait time to the previous days that I ordered...

I ordered just now here at Jollibee Sparkplace my 1st time to dine in this branch, store was clean and the dining crew busy cleaning the table. The ambience was perfectly right in the afternoon, i requested for a disposable spoon but the manager politely told me about the environmental restriction of QC LGU which was understandable. I no longer insist since they were just following ordinance. Which was good! Just incase you wanted to dine in Quezon City area, i would suggest bring your own reusable spoon and fork, don’t get mad at the people in the establishment as the only adhere to the law. But above all, it was a good food! I love the chicken...
