Greenwich — Restaurant in Quezon City

We had a really frustrating experience today. It was our break, and we waited almost 30 minutes for our food, even though there were no other customers around. When they finally brought out the pizza, it fell right on the floor before we even got it! We decided to leave because they just wasted our time and decided to come back later for the pizza that was dropped.

When we returned, they still hadn’t brought us the food. Instead, they told us we’d be getting a honey-glazed dish instead of the beef we ordered. We ended up waiting again, and to avoid making a mess, we had to tear the pizza box to use as a plate. On top of that, they didn’t even offer us any tissues—seriously, how do you serve food without tissues?

I generally have good experiences here, but tonight we ended up dining at Wendy's instead because of poor service at this Greenwich branch. When we arrived, the counter was unattended. No one came to take our order for several minutes as a line formed behind us. Personnel finishing their shifts walked out, advising us to wait but without making the effort to call their coworkers to the front.

The young lady working the counter was unprofessional, I stated our order clearly (12" All-In), but for some reason she decided to act "pa-cute" - pointing at the menu board, repeating the name of the item, repeating the stated size, and generally dragging out the transaction beyond what was necessary to confirm what I had said. Because we were already tired of waiting, we simply left.

They gave me a leftover rice it's cold and hard. Also the ice tea had black particles at the top and the glass was full. I kindly asked the crew if it can be replaced and he said he'll change but end up having the same tea, they just removed or should I say throw the rest and still gave me the same order. I wasn't really sure if it's safe so I had to leave it untouched including the leftover rice like from last night rice they gave. Unbelievable kind of service and not worth the wait because I also waited for almost 20 minutes and the food was not even good.
