Vaccinated Staff - OYO 829 Kysabel 4 Hotel — Hotel in Quezon City

I would like to commend the staffs of Kysabel 4 under the leadership of Miss Rica Longasa - the services given to the guests I could say are superb and exemplary hence, I am writing this review with a happy mood.

Me and my colleague were checked in for a total of 8 days (12-19 January 2022). Among those days, I couldn't even remember any day to single out where their services, help and assistance became less. It's always on top, and consistency is eminent. They actually exceed what my preconceived expectation is. So, with that I thank you!

One of the assets of this hotel that positioned them on pedestal if I may to say is the unselfish attitude of Miss Rica and her pure interest to help her guest. Her pursuit to provide the best experience for travellers like me is something that needs to be openly appreciated. Hats off for her dedication to work extra mile. Seen or unseen, you did a great job!

From answering simple queries to offering a helping hand to the guests complex needs. If it weren't for her patience, I might not have the best experience that I got from my week long staycation in the hotel.

Facility wise, the hotel is well maintained. Clean and comfy beds and bathroom. Fixtures are nice and in good working condition. The food is also sumptuous and mouth watering - especially for me whose out of the country and away from home for almost two years. The hotel staffs as a whole are very accomodating, friendly, approachable and compassionate. They open the hotel door for us with a crisp smile and send us back to our destination with the same enthusiasm. This truly is a mood-booster-happy - hormone-releasing kind of experience. Geographic location is also something that the hotel takes pride of since it is very accessible to malls, food park, and even banks.

So, for those scrolling up and down for the best hotel you might consider choosing this one.

The place is a joke. The advertised hot water doesn’t work. They don’t have blankets. They give you a duvet cover… you know, a cover for a blanket… and call it a blanket. The balcony in my room was covered in cigarettes butts and there is no place to put your...

Highly recommended. All the staff, headed by Sir Jerome, are all very approachable and helpful during my stay. I can't thank them enough for their generosity and readiness to help.

The hotel is clean. And it is near malls, food stalls and even banks....
