Mang Inasal SM City North EDSA Annex — Restaurant in Quezon City

We were there at 1pm. At 1:42pm , they’re able to get our order for dine in. No seats and Number table available that time which they had to call out our names for the reserve table. We had to wait outside. We do understand the high demand of customers; However, I don’t understand it’s 2:30 we haven’t got our table. At 2:10pm we asked one of the staff if the table was available so that we could wait for our food inside and they said it is not available. I saw new customers had their seats first. Just imagine our frustration waiting in a long line, waiting to be called for our seats and another waiting for our food to be served. So we told them we had our order 1:42 how come it is not available. The staff showed us the time of receipt being called and our names where not there. Imagine people who had there order at 2pm got their seats while us just waiting outside. By the way, they took our order wrong too, so I asked do we have to go for another line and order food? Terrible Service – Never Coming Back!

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at Mang Inasal. The service was unbelievably slow and disorganized. I ordered takeout and arrived early, but despite being first, I watched as they prioritized dine-in customers who came in after me. What’s the logic in that?

To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when I asked for an update. No sense of urgency, no proper system—just pure chaos. After an unreasonably long wait, my food was finally handed over cold.
