I’m quite disappointed bc I had high expectations due to the reviews and recommendations.

I don’t know if we just ate at the wrong branch, but the experience was so dissatisfying.

We kept saying we were ready to order but no one took our order for the longest time. I think we waited for 15 minutes just for our order to be taken.

The food was anti-climactic. There was nothing special about it. I was waiting for the ‘wow-factor’ but we didn’t get that. They served the palabok and didn’t even wait for us to take a photo before ruining the presentation. The ‘spicy squid’ wasn’t spicy at all. It tasted like something you’d eat at normal karinderiyas. Actually some cheaper restaurants tasted better than this. And the watermelon sinigang, we asked for to-go and for a refill of the soup, which they said we were allowed to ask for, however, they didn’t give us a refill. We only saw it once we got home. How pitiful.

The drinks were served only after we finished our food. Despite asking for follow-ups, they didn’t serve it. So we didn’t get to enjoy that. I ordered the mango-pomelo shake however there was nothing special pomelo. It’s just plain mango shake.

Maybe other branches had better tasting dishes and better staff?

I don’t know, but the way the staff acted
they were speaking loudly at the same time which made my head spin bc they were being quite rowdy. They were also clanging utensils around which added to the already excessive noise. It just didn’t make for a good ambience.

We will not be returning to this restaurant, unfortunately. Their competitors just have better staff, better food for...

June 14, 2025 My uncle arrived at around 7:30 PM There were 12 of us to celebrate Father’s Day, including 5 senior citizens. We were told that we were 9th on the waiting list. That was fine with us because we saw that they were calling groups quite quickly. By 8:00 PM, my uncle followed up and the receptionist named Kim said we were now 5th in line. They kept calling other groups, and around 8:10 to 8:15 PM, my wife followed up again and was told there were only 3 groups ahead of us. So we started getting ready, thinking it would be our turn soon. But then, they called about 5 more families, and we still weren’t called. By 8:40 PM, I personally followed up because our senior companions were getting really hungry. One of the staff calling out names, a waitress named Maan, said we were being delayed because we were a big group and that they were prioritizing smaller groups. So does that mean your number system is useless? If we had known that, we would’ve just eaten somewhere else or we could have split our group in two. Our seniors were starving already. We finally got seated at 9:00 PM. Just imagine, our senior family members waited for almost an hour and a half before being seated. Especially the receptionist named 'Kim' my uncle followed up with her several times, but she seemed indifferent and just kept saying 'okay, okay, okay.' It looked like she didn’t care about the customers. She shouldn’t be assigned as your front desk staff. Also, it’s unfair that there’s no priority for seniors, but small groups are given...

A place to go for a nice Filipino cuisine with your favorite all time great dishes. Place is minimalist inspired but with good modern ambiance and lighting all throughout the floor area. Color concepts is all about majorities of white, black and wood hues with a couple of wall paintings. Food servings offered can be made from a single consumer to multiple so you can taste thier food items depending on the number of company. Taste all there and well seasoned. Crispy Pata (not oily), pakbet (very flavorful), garlic adobo (garlic essence is so there in a good way), garlic rice (good), strawberry-kamias shake (good), gata leche flan (really good). Just a tad dissappointed in the ordered laksa as they came back after 10 good minutes notifying us that they ran out of stock for the ingredients. Kitchen should have informed the table staff real-time always if items is not available so guests can be informed in a timely manner. Though this hiccup will not hinder your dining experience as the staff and restaurant manager is very accomodating and friendly. Place is neat and clean too. Great air-conditioning system and the environment is well aerated. They also follow strict health protocol guidelines for your safety as well. Craving for pinoy taste? Try this joint..

It was my daughter's birthday, and we choose to have a dinner in Manam SM North, but then it turns out to not super satisfied service of this restaurant For just a WATER.. as you can see in the photo, almost all the food we ordered was serve, but the water i ask from the start, was not yet in the table, even we almost finished our food, there's no water was given to us, until me and my brother go to the drink bar to ask for a glass of water.. what a shame, because another thing we notice is, all the table was served of water, but on our table was not. Are they having a discrimination, since we are not looks like a "MAYAMAN". We even fall in line at the waiting area and listed our name to waiting list, but the receptionist, keep saying that we need to be complete or atleast 9 out of 11 is present , for us to enter the restaurant.. one last thing, the restroom... oh no, its a trash.. the smell is not good, you cannot atke a breath to have a second to rest.. so bad for this branch.. Sorry guys, even if you give us a compensation for our experience.. it's a no for this branch.. better go to Greenbelt , trinoma or MOA..

We had such a wonderful dining experience at Manam SM North! We ordered the Tapsilog, Sinigang na Baboy sa Sampaloc, Sisig, and Puto Bumbong, and every dish exceeded our expectations. The Tapsilog was flavorful and satisfying, the Sinigang had the perfect balance of sourness that really hit the spot, the Sisig was cooked just right with the right mix of crunch and flavor, and the Puto Bumbong was a delightful way to end the meal. The food came out fresh and well-prepared, and the serving sizes were worth the price. What made the experience even better was the service—our servers were very attentive, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The ambiance also felt welcoming, making it a great spot for both casual dining and special occasions. Overall, Manam SM North is definitely a place I’d highly recommend for anyone who loves good Filipino food with excellent service. Can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu!
