Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Hemady — Restaurant in Quezon City

We ordered for delivery 7,000 worth of food at Shakeys Hemady QC and it was a terrible experience.

We asked for plates, it was on the receipt instructions, none came. Cups were for 6 people, our order was for 17. Iced tea and coke tastes like 1 year old. Chicken were burnt, pasta tastes like it came from the sink. It looks shreded. Chicken smells and taste like reused cooking oil. Pizza is so cold. Manager says it just came off the oven. Maybe their oven was cold?

Called the manager, all i heard was noted on this, some rebuttals, and promises to give us some of the food. But from them again? With that food quality?

We availed their party package last Christmas. The staff were not properly oriented with the package content. We did not receive the souvenirs that was included in the package shown from shakey’s website. We raised the concern to the manager. He insisted that there is an extra charge, ganun daw talaga. Staff were not friendly at all. Poor customer service. Came here as a big group so we asked them to set up an additional table to be attached to ours. The staff came late, pushed 1 table and didnt bother to arrange the chairs. We had to get 2 chairs from a different table. 😅

We ordered 8 cups of rice in total. A staff came later and said they can only serve 6 cups of rice. Walang nasaing. Gagawa palang 😂 It was 11:30AM on a Sunday.
