There is much to be said about this place but customer service is def not one of them.
If theyre busy, you just have to suck it up and wait for 10 minutes at the counter until they finish preparing the current order- despite 3 other people working on it.
The pearl, which i personally go all the way out here for, is always either still being cooked or just not available. Their answer is always- sir hindi namin na anticipate na marami mag oorder. Really? Iv been coming here almost every weekend- same lame answer.
One time at about 4pm on a sunday, AFTER WAITING FOR 10 MINUTES at the counter, lady w eyeglasses tells me- sir there are no more pearls. In my mind maybe u should give me options available? Is it bec u dont want to cook a new batch? How long to wait for new pearls? Or you really didnt have any to cook with. No explanation. Just a blank stare.

Read moreThe people are nice enough and they are patient to help with your order. Bought at closing and ordered the brown sugar oolong tea latte. The pearl they served was basically a sticky mass that barely mixed with the drink. It was covered in this slimy sort of congealed sugary mess. I think it's called latik. And for a tea latte it did not taste remotely of tea. Not even a hint. For a company owned store there is very little qualitt control. Very...
