Bo's Coffee — Restaurant in Tacloban

I have no qualms with regards to the food and ambiance. It's just disappointing how the ramp which should be accessible to PWDs were blocked by a customer's pick up truck. Employees did not even notice. Even after I informed them since my dad had to be carried on his wheelchair over the steps, the employee just gave me a nod. I am not sure if he felt sorry or he just didnt understand what I said.

I hope there is someone by the door to direct customers with vehicles so that they can park away from the ramp.

City ordinance requires this ramp to give assistance to PWDs. It is important, just the same that the ramp is utilized correctly. Employees should be aware of the PWDs convenience. After all, they are purchasing Bo's...

Bo's coffee is usually good but this location is very bad. The staff is rude, have no manners and could care less about customer service. They are constantly looking at their cell phones behind the counter, sometimes playing videos that are really loud, it's distracting and annoying. You have to ask for service, they never offer it. They don't make change when you place your order, they say they will bring it to you, but they don't. You have to ask for your change when you leave. I suspect that they hope that you will forget about your change. This is one of the worst coffee shops I've every been to when it comes to service. Half of the menu items say 'not available', they just don't care. Avoid this...

The place is nice, they have a variety of pour over coffee, locally sourced, which is awesome. I bought coffee for the moka press but the roast date was 3 months old, which made me think that they have some old stocks. When we came to have a coffee it was not busy at all, the tables were dirty and it took them around 15 minutes to prepare my coffee. Customer service was low.
