Cucina DeMaria — Restaurant in Tagaytay

We dined at your restaurant last May 5, 2025. It was supposed to be a joyful moment as I was celebrating my birthday with my kids. However, one of your staff members ruined what should have been a happy memory.

At the cashier, we agreed to a 30-minute preparation time since the food was made to order. But when our food arrived, it was barely warm—colder than a cat’s nose. The rice was hard, and the chicken was cold.

One of your staff, Odessa, was already somewhat rude when she served the pizza. The cashier had asked how many plates and glasses we needed. Odessa brought only one set of utensils and two plates, even though there were five of us dining. When we asked why there were only two plates, she said we should eat from the serving plate of the chicken dish because it was already counted.

Eventually, she came back with three more plates and three sets of utensils. I approached the kitchen to ask for one more set since we were five. She told me she had already given seven sets, which wasn’t true. I told her she initially gave only one, and then three more. That’s only four. She handed me another set with a frown on her face.

Because of Odessa’s behavior, I can say that our experience—and my birthday celebration—was...

Shockingly Bad 😞 Ordered Large Pizza(Hawaiian), Tall( cuppacino) , Large Okinawa Iced tea.

1. I didn't get a large, the bean was old and tasted so bad (licking the floor would taste better) also no cacao powder as it's supposed to have.
2. Okinawa Iced tea was super sweet, we didn't ask for sugar so why was it in their, ask people first, the Sago(Black Pearls) weren't made correctly and were rock hard, this is dangerous and can be fatal....
3. the pizza, after 30 minutes of waiting I asked where the pizza is, the cook didn't even know about it and had to wait another 15 minutes to get it. When we got it, it was wrong a D also very paper thin and tasted bad. The base was too thin like paper and rock hard...the ham was fake ham... Pineapple was, they also put capsicum 🫑 on it which shouldn't have been on it..

Overall I would rate this place a zero out of 100 as it's just so bad. Bad food Bad drinks Bad Service Bad atmosphere Not clean(we cleaned the table ourselves with several wet...

We ordered a large overload pizza, and to our surprise, there was a fly included. It was quite an unpleasant experience, and I couldn’t help but laugh at the situation. Their oven clearly needed cleaning.

Despite the unpleasantness, they apologized and offered us a small box of pizza as a complimentary gesture. However, it didn’t quite satisfy my hunger, and I was left feeling a bit resentful. Fortunately, my family still managed to enjoy the pizza.
