Really dissatisfied and disappointed with the food and hygiene here. Dirty table, with dust clearly seen. Ordered ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese in tomato sauce, the sauce was hot but the ravioli inside was almost cold, food wasn’t fresh. Next dish was pizza with burrata cheese and cherry tomatoes, couldn’t even finish one slice, it was that bad. It seemed they baked the pizza without any ingredients and just added cheese later as cheese was still cold. Tomatoes used are not fresh, canned tomatoes were used as I developed soar throat.

Edit: Thank you for your reply Mr. Owner. We were at your restaurant for less than 45 minutes on the first floor. Your server was informed table is dirty but no reaction. Also maybe you need to check my profile again. I have rated 13 including Indian where food was disappointing. Restaurants that impressed me where I gave 4 or more stars, of those 2 were Indian, 1 Japanese and 1 Thai and the food and service was excellent the day I dined. So don’t try to paint another picture here. We even returned the bread basket that was given as bread seemed not fresh. I understand burrata is not grilled but it shouldn’t have been cold. Maybe yesterday was a bad day and the restaurant failed. It was my birthday and I wanted to have a good meal, and your servers were busy on the ground floor so throughout the meal no one came to check on us or even ask if we needed more food or if everything was ok with our meals. The server took the order and arrived with food in under 10 mins at a time when your restaurant was full. We just ate the food and left disappointed as we simply...

L'Opera Ristorante Italiano offers an authentic Italian dining experience in a charming and elegant atmosphere. Located in a cozy setting, the restaurant greets guests with warm, inviting decor that mirrors the sophistication of classic Italian eateries. The menu showcases a variety of traditional Italian dishes, from rich pasta options to fresh seafood and hearty meat plates, all prepared with high-quality ingredients. The standout is the homemade pasta, which is cooked to perfection and served with flavorful, well-balanced sauces. The wine list is impressive, featuring a wide selection of Italian wines that complement the meals beautifully.

The service at L'Opera is attentive and knowledgeable, with staff providing helpful recommendations and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance is perfect for both romantic dinners and casual gatherings, with soft lighting and a relaxed vibe. One of the restaurant's strengths is its attention to detail, from the presentation of the dishes to the quality of the ingredients.

Though the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food and the overall experience justify the cost. Whether you're a fan of classic Italian dishes or looking to explore something new, L'Opera Ristorante Italiano is a great choice for anyone seeking an unforgettable meal in a...

Top-Tier Italian with Real Attention to Detail We let the team at L’Opera know a day in advance that we were coming, and they had a chilled bottle of biological wine ready for us—something we really appreciated. Great to see a place not only offering that kind of selection but handling it with care.

Dinner was excellent across the board. We had the steak, octopus carpaccio, and crab soup—all executed beautifully. The octopus was delicate and fresh, the steak perfectly cooked, and the crab soup rich and layered without being heavy. We did the scarpetta with their delicious bread—couldn’t help ourselves.

The prosciutto con melon came with an unexpected twist—mango—a combo I’d never had before and really enjoyed. We also had the linguine vongole, then finished with a classic tiramisu and a couple glasses of amaro to round things off.

To top it all off, a live trio played traditional Filipino and Italian/Spanish songs—classy, warm, and a perfect backdrop to the evening.

As someone from Jersey, I’m picky when it comes to Italian food—but L’Opera hits the mark. Elegant yet unpretentious, with a real respect for ingredients and hospitality. Highly...

If you're looking for a gastronomical experience in Italian cuisine, this is the place to go to. Their curated menu of Italian classics are mixed with a few surprises along the way. From their appetizers, I really was impressed with their steak tartare. The meat was clean tasting and refreshing. The sauces were well balanced and did not overpower the subtle fresh flavor of the meat. Then there was the foie gras. That's another experience altogether. Served on a bed of greens, the way they crisped the liver yet maintained a clean and rare inside was amazing. The oysters were really good too. Fresh, plump, and the oyster liqueur was salty and had a slight hint of the ocean it came from. Main courses here are great too. From their pasta to their tomahawk steaks, I was really impressed with the meticulous detail they take in food preparation. Then there's the service. A-grade. Ever want to feel like royalty? Come here as that's how we were treated. One of my favorite places to go!
