If you're looking for a high-end, private, quiet experience where Manila's A-listers and elites go, this is your place to be. Interior and ambience is all about class and reflective of Manila's dramatic and colorful past. What we had: Dragon Rolls (really good), Pad Thai (I highly recommend this), Thai Bagoong Rice (too aromatic to be enjoyable, it missed the delicate balance), Tom Yum soup (good), Vietnamese Spring Rolls (rice paper is too thick, cuts are a little too big to be enjoyed in one bite, Pho Hoa's is better), Crispy Apahap in tamarind sauce (must-try at least for the novelty), Pork Ribs (bland with more inedible cuts than I wanted, could barely eat it, I've definitely had better elsewhere at a quarter of its price) Upside: private, exclusive, but not boring. Every inch of space is bursting with colors. The wait staff are awesome. Downside: food is inexplicably expensive while lacking in taste, serving size, and value for money. I would pay good money for great food and this just didn't cut it. Do we recommend it: Maybe for novelty. If you're not into the ritzy and hoity-toity, take your money and get authentic enjoyment somewhere else while...
Read moreThe place was a great place to have a function. The ambience is very classy and high-end. The food was also pretty good.
The Lechon was my favorite as it was very tender and flavorful compared to normal lechon from other places. I don't eat a lot of Lechon, but this Lechon was really great.
The Carbonara was the better one of the 2 pastas and we really liked it. The flavor is not sweet and it was not so heavy to eat.
The Beef was also good. It was a bit too fatty for me, but the taste and flavor were great. So if you don't mind taking out the fat, it's yummy.
The Paella Valenciana was okay, it's what you would expect from that kind of order.
I wasn't a fan of the chicken and the mushroom paella though. The chicken just tastes like normal chicken. Then the mushroom paella was very very dry and it barely tasted...

My all-time favorite is their chico, pechay, and kamias salad with green mango dressing. The Chico is prepared to be like preserved dried mango in contrast to the crunchy green tart of the veggies.
Their truffle rice is likewise superb with their delectable Inasal or kare-kare.
I love the dimly lit comfort room which has towels and tissues to dry yourself, and which you can use all to yourself without rush or pressure. An attendant waits for you behind the drapery hiding the toilets by the entrance to advise people if the washroom...
