Food and place is great. I just live in the condominium upstairs and it's super convenient. My only issue is that there seems to be a new set of servers. Or at least new faces I used to not see all the time and they seem to be terrible at managing customers and orders. It's the 2nd day that I had to wait around 15 minutes just to get my order taken despite me communicating that I'm ordering ahead and will be picking up my food around 30 minutes after while I run to the bank real quick?
This was at around 3pm and no one else was in line at the counter and yes there were other people who were waiting to be served their food but wouldn't it have been more efficient if she took my order, I ran off to do my errands, then come back? Because the server couldn't manage taking the orders and preparing the coffee, everything took much longer for everyone.

The baristas did a good job with my iced latte. If you're staying away from caffeine they carry a range of other beverages including healthy juice mixes and a great selection of craft beers and wines for evening drinks.
All in all, a great addition to the options in BGC and will be back soon to try the other bowls or do a...

Tried a bunch of food options this time around: Pochetos, Salmon Samurai Toast, Spam Musibi Bowl, Penne ala Sake, and English Fry Up. Only the Pasta was a bit of a miss, Penne was over cooked/not al dente. Plus the Sake made it more sour than your usual Pomodoro sauce. Coffee was still good. Hope they can add coconut to their milk options. Service was pleasant, attentive staff and orders were served in good time. Place was only half full at the time we...
