VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE MANAGER / SUPERVISOR.

We were a group of 6, when we came to dine here. Three of us ordered unli wings, while the other 3 ordered ala carte wings, kasi wings na lang daw available. Wala nang burger, pasta and other dishes sa menu nila.

We selected a table outside, kasi medyo crowded at mainit sa loob. While I was placing the order, pinalipat kami sa table sa loob, sabi ng bakla (not sure if manager or owner, yung naka glasses 👓 ) dun sa server, "Papasukin mo para MAMONITOR."

When I asked something sa server, bigla na namang sumingit si MR. MONITOR, saying "Paupuin mo kasi dun lahat ng unli PARA MA MONITOR." [Gusto nya pang palitan seating arrangement namin, in a way na nasa may aisle yung mga nag order ng unli, para mamonitor.]

And the freaking MR. MONITOR was not even discreet. He made sure na naririnig ng customers yung sinabi nya.

NAKAKAWALANG GANA. I didn't even touch my rice (na mukahang NFA at super dry). Binayaran ko na lang after we finished. [Charge for leftover rice: 30].

Chicken flavors are okay. Try their Salted Egg flavor, which has a mild kick; their Honey Mustard flavor, wherein you'd really be able to taste the mustard flavor; their Jack Daniels, which is similar to other 24 Chicken, but 24 Chicken's is still better. The one free serving of ranch dip is good. Unli iced tea is Nestea, which is my preferred iced tea brand.

Though the chicken wings are placed in tiny buckets, do not be fooled, as the buckets arent filled with chicken. You'd get 4 medium cut chicken wings per bucket, per flavor.

The staff are very polite, quick to serve, attentive, and always wear a smile.

For Php399 you'd already be able to enjoy Primo'ds Diner's unli wings + unli rice + unli iced tea and one serving of ranch dip. Just make sure to finish what you ordered, as there is a fee of Php40/leftover chicken, and Php30/cup of rice. Which for me is very fitting to avoid people who are "takaw tingin". Make sure to be okay with vehicular noise as this branch is al fresco and is along a busy avenue (Levi Mariano Ave), has no parking for both motorcycles and cars, has no...

Taguig Branch - Food was so-so, but wasn't the wings we were expecting. Service was horrible. It took 15 minutes for our first order to arrive, so we had to remind the crew about our drink about 10 minutes after. Our second order came in wrong and they didn't even change it. Just gave it to us without any context. The lady in white that handled the counter while serving apologized, but the other 2 girls weren't as customer friendly. Didn't even bother to clarify our orders which came in wrong.

They werent ready for peak-hours, while I heard other tables complaining similar to our experience.

There wasnt any tissue on the tables, and it was so hard to ask at the counter for some.

We ended up finishing just 3 servings, cancelled the "supposedly" to arrive correct order from the mistake earlier, and left.
