Yellow Cab Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Taguig

WILL NEVER BE BACK IN THIS BRANCH AGAIN!!!! We arrived off-peak hours to dine and no one is dining at the time we arrived but still all tables are not yet cleaned (Wala din kami nakasalubong na kakatapos lang mag dine nung pumasok kami). We even need to ask them to clean coz we will dine and we waited. So then we ordered after the table is done. We ordered Large for share Charlie chan, Pizza and Softdrinks. After quite time, dumating first ung charlie chan… Just that, without utensils even. So we waited baka ifofollow naman agad. Yung table is exactly sa tapat ng aircon so lumalamig na ung food, so dahil wala na sumunod after few minutes that we are waiting at lumalamig na talaga ung food nag ask na kami for utensils para kahit yun is makain na namin. (at this time may around 2 or 3 batch of diners na dumating). After asking the utensils, nagbigay sila ng plates, fork and knife (and it is not immediately after we asked). So we started with the charlie chan kasi lumamig na nga e. Then after several minutes ung pizza is dumating. And since charlie chan has a little spice, we started thinking why wala pa yung softdrinks. We attempted more than once to call them to follow up pero merong ibang crew na parang walang narinig. Then may crew na nagserve ng cup of service water, 6 cups in total nasa tray. BUT NOT INCLUDING US!!! Sinerve ung water sa ibang tables na ni wala pa yung food nila pero samin wala. So sinabi na lang namin na can we ask a water and follow up yung order namin na softdrinks. Sinerve after yung water for us pero wala pa rin ung softdrinks ifofollow up daw. Then few minutes later wala pa rin and wala man lang nagsasabi samin kelangan pa titigan ko sila before nila kami iapproach and sasabihin lang na hindi naisama sa na-punch?!?! seriously?! THEY DID NOT EVEN ISSUED A RECEIPT then wala pala ung order na ineexpect namin dahil lutang ata yung sa cashier. So we needed to do another order for the drinks and pipila pa to order kasi may iba na customers na dumating! Sobrang hassle!!!! And seriously, they don’t even care about all of this. The branch is not crowded and they are not understaffed to cater few tables! THIS IS YELLOW CAB! Your pricing is not cheap for that kind of service! VERY DISAPPOINTING AND WILL NEVER BE BACK...

This Yellow Cab branch is tucked into the Burgos Eats area along Rizal Drive — a chill spot if you’re in BGC and craving pizza. It’s open until 1 AM, so it’s great for both lunch and late-night eats.

The problem is that when it's a peak hour, let's say the lunch or dinner rush, expect the lines. Also, their kitchen & cashier is improperly designed. There's a booth stalls in front of it. So, when there's a line, people can't take a seat immediately because there's a line of people obstructing the walkway.

Don't get me wrong, their food is still my favorite. It's just the place...

Our visit to this restaurant last night was a mixed experience. While the food, including the veggie and chicken pizza, was enjoyable, we were disappointed with the service. Despite being next in line, the cashier consistently overlooked us, and we had to remind them to add our three cups of Coke to the bill. Additionally, we had to request service water multiple times before it was brought to us, and it only arrived after (40 mins) our pizza. Unfortunately, the poor hospitality we experienced, particularly if you're not Filipino, detracted from our overall enjoyment...
