Jollibee The Mind Museum — Restaurant in Taguig

As many other reviews have stated. This place is horrible. Whenever you come in, be ready to not get what you want because everything is unavailable. The wait time for your meals are 15 minutes +. Thats also after waiting 15 minutes or more in a short line to get your order in. There were no empty seats available so I went to a seat with someone's trash there and no one ever cleaned it up. I gave this place a second chance and it horribly failed me. The second floor is only open when the first floor is completely crowded. Maybe it is under staffed? If so, this problem really needs to be fixed. It doesn't seem like anyone is doing their jobs on the two occasions...

Limited part of chicken joy for spicy flavor. They only had leg part for spicy and one given was the smallest chicken joy I've ever had in my life. We waited 20 minutes in queue to have our orders taken Plus 10 minutes for the food to be serve. We asked for follow up and the employee just looked at us and without saying anything. Two of our meals were spaghetti burger fries combo and we were surpirsed to see the spaghetti servings were half amount of what it shows in the picture or advertisement. We expected a better service and servings on this branch since their rate is more than standard franchises. Hope someone can address...
