The mansion provides you with a rich history of Vigan, President Quirino and and the Philippines in general. The staff in the ground floor can tour you through the house and will tell you interesting insights and things you would not read anywhere else. So I would highly recommend to do a tour with them. A quaint museum. Very informative and sheds light on the family, as well as the origins, of the Sy Quia Family. Paintings, dominantly made by Juan Luna, are displayed in the rooms of the mansion.
