Place is very accessible to Calle Crisologo. 👌Staff and front desk are very courteous and helpful. 😊 Breakfast is good. Rooms are mixed with traditional and modern vibe which is good. Clean bedsheets, no bedbugs which is very good☺️ Their soap and shampoo smells so good❤️ They have lots of parking👍 One thing to improve is to do pest control in rooms. There are lots of small insects Flying in room and bathroom which came from woods and curtain. Make sure to bring off lotion.

Great stay in the streets of Vigan. Our visit exceeded expectations, we stayed in a room just off the dining room with a queen bed and hardwood floors. The AC was cold, the bed comfortable and the washroom was clean. There was also ample storage space and a vanity. The only downside was the shower was cold, couldn't get warm water to work during our stay. Other than that I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm in the area in the future.

One of the best hotels in terms of service in Vigan. The staff are always smiling and greeting you and will go out of their way to assist you. The proximity to Calle Crisologo is literally a stones throw away. Wifi is spotty at best though and the hot water is none existent. But all is all I highly recommend this place for the ambience, the friendly staff and how they represent Vigan

The accommodation embodies the essence of a traditional Spanish house, and our desire to experience the old Philippines is what draws us to Vigan. As a restaurateur, I find it particularly disheartening to wake up and discover that breakfast is “managed.” After years in the industry, I know that in some cultures, this approach can be quite insulting. Guests should either have their meals plated with options or enjoy a true buffet experience, rather than having their choices restricted to a single spoonful of meat or rice, or just a couple of small pieces of longganisa. ||Mornings are crucial for setting the tone for the day, and starting off on a negative note can spoil the rest of it, even if just for a while. We’ve encountered this frustrating situation two mornings in a row, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Additionally, the staff has been unfriendly, and there seems to be a lack of hotel-quality discipline and finesse.|This hotel is only managed by caretaker who has not got a clue.||The...

Stayed there with my family on early June 2018. The hotel is one of those old houses/buildings with a historic touch/feel :).||||Area is great - along old houses and buildings; near the Crisologo St., dancing fountain, the Ilocos Sur Capitol and the Vigan City Hall. ||Parking area - the hotel has enough space for visitors (I think). ||Staff - accommodating||Price - average||Room - spaceous, can house around 6-7 people ||*sheets were new (thank you :)||Dining area - enough space for guests||Breakfast (buffet/served) - was ok, had longganisa, scrambled egg, tortang talong tomatoes with onions (they also have pandesal, banana, coffee and tea). ||||The only thing that bothered me (that I can remember), was the sink in the restroom. It was clogged and has a smell emanating from it :( . We asked the staff, had one take a look at it but that was all. We were already set in the room and had 2 kids with us so we did not asked for a...
