To keep a long story short, upon our arrival, I received a call that required my immediate attention. Despite this sudden interruption, your team handled the situation with grace and efficiency. I was particularly impressed by Ate's (the server) understanding and reassurance when I explained the situation to her. Her kindness and patience truly made a positive impact on my experience.

Upon returning, we enjoyed a delightful meal consisting of delicious tempura and a variety of plattered dishes, all of which were served in generous portions. The food not only satisfied my hunger but also exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and presentation. One of the first things you’ll notice is that they use tablets for their menu which makes it easier to browse their dishes. Although place was a bit modern, it still felt homey with their servers who were very pleasant to interact with. We had a dog but they allowed him inside the premises which is a big plus for me. It just could feel overwhelming during the rush hour with the tables close to each other but we were still comfortable dining in.

As for the food, we didn’t have much to say except that it was really really good. We ordered almost all of their Ilocano dishes and we were very pleased with all of them. They were also generous with their serving sizes. The Sinanglaw was simple, comforting and the meat was really tender. We also ordered their Bagnet Kare-Kare and Bagnet Pinakbet. Both were done great but what we really enjoyed was the Bagnet itself. It was crunchy, delicate, and soft at the same time. It was very flavorful and is probably one of the best bagnet I’ve had recently. A must-try is also their signature longganisa fried rice. A really great pair with most of their dishes.

Overall, our experience was great and I could not recommend this place enough. Also make sure to buy their special bibingka (from Marsha’s which they also own) for pasalubong...

We celebrated our parents' anniversary here and they assisted us with the preparation without any additional charges. There was even no corkage when we brought a cake.

Most of the waiters and cashiers we met in Vigan were rude or unfriendly, so we were delighted to meet these amiable people here at 1995 Studio Cafe.
