Food was ok, but service was incredibly SLOW. There were other tables with more people or larger groups that also ordered a lot of food, and they ordered much later after we did, but we noticed they were getting their orders a lot quicker than us. We even had to follow up many times on our order.

When the food finally arrived at our table, a lot of the food served was cold - we also had to request to reheat the soup and ask multiple times about other things that were missing from our order.

It felt like our table was completely forgotten about or as if we didn't matter, which is why this experience was utterly disappointing.

Unless you want to spend your money to starve and have your table ignored or forgotten about, I highly suggest to go somewhere else to eat in Vigan City instead of this cafe.
