Cafe Bigaa — Restaurant in Vigan

I went there on a weekday during lunch time. I was the only customer, so it is safe to say that I had all the service I need. I've ordered one brewed coffee, a paella, and sinigang na bangus. It wasn't that expensive as I expected it to be, considering the amount of serving, I only paid Php395. The coffee was an okay coffee, but it is strong and it was unlimited I think because they offered a refill.. The paella is okay too, I wasn't feeling it since my tummy was upset cause I had a hangover. But, I was ve the sinigang, not sure if it was because of hangover, but I lovr the rich flavor of it. We had our lunch here last December 28, 2023. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We love the cozy and comfortable interiors. We had their Bagnet w/ KBL (kamatis bagoong I forgot the L) Bigaa special rice which was superb, the vigan longanisa platter, shrimp pasta and chicken platter. We also occupied a table for 6 persons but there were only 3 of us. They did not remove the other 3 sets of utensils until we were done eating.
