Craft360 Cafe — Restaurant in Vigan

To be fair, it is good for first timers and haven’t visited traveled a lot and tasted real and fresh food. The place was clean. No complain on that. However, the staff are not efficient. After several repetition of the order, they forgot the fries. I went to the cashier as they don’t come to your table to assist and get your order. I raised about the fries not coming and told them that it is okay as the staff forgot to write it down. After several minutes almost finishing all ten food served, the fries came. The food were obviously not fresh. If you have traveled around the world, you would understand me. The service is terrible. There were like 6 people in the cashier, doing nothing and just talking to each other making gossips. This coffee shop/ restaurant is for those who have not yet experienced the real food and right service. Surely, not...

First step in, and the smell of coffee hits you—it's very fragrant. The atmosphere of the cafe is wonderful, with a comfortable ambiance and songs playing in the background. I was joyed to find a Matcha menu, so I ordered a matcha latte (as usual) and their matcha pudding. The matcha latte was sweet though I asked for it to be less sweet (I was hoping for sugar level options, however there was only the regular and a "less sweet" option) I did ask for extra oat milk which made it better (though that did cost a bit). The matcha pudding was good—the pudding itself wasn't as sweet, but there was a tapioca syrup glaze that balanced the bitter and sweet; i enjoyed that thoroughly. I would definitely go again to try the other menu options! And I definitely recommend...

I ordered food on through foodpanda for pickup for my gf and her friends knowing that the food may not be possible to be eaten inside since there isn’t an option on the app. Though, I had asked my gf that they ask if they can buy food for 3 people so that they can stay inside, which I will pay for. They then told her that they will ask the manager and manager replies that they can only eat the food inside that was purchased as “dine in”.

Don’t recommend due to terrible service from the management and rude staff, as my order wasn’t small and I was going to give more business.
