I really wanted to love this place as I support local brewing and Filipino products. I even slept through it before giving this place a review that's as unbiased as I'd want it to be.

Beer: As the previous reviewer said, a massive letdown was they did not have any of their beers available. Talk about a brewery without a beer. We ended up getting San Mig light which was great but the purpose of this visit was to try Calle Brewery's stuff.

Food: we were hoping to get quality feed but ended up with an average set of smoked meats and vegetables sitting in melted margarine. The brisket was drier than the Ilocandia climate and could do with better smoking chips or dry rub. The pulled pork was not bad and much juicer than the brisket.

Service: the waitstaff were good, attentive and polite. Earns a star.

Ambiance: it's a nice walk down the Hispanic memory lane of the Philippines. We love what they did with the property. Earns the second star.

Understandably the business has struggled over the pandemic. Hopefully their beer production ramps up in the next few months and that the quality of...

Was hyped to try this place as a treat, but unfortunately it was pretty disappointing. The place looks nice and has good lighting. Staff were fine but mostly just took our order and then disappeared behind the counter for the rest of the night.

Unlike other reviews we actually had 4 beers available, but they all felt very flat. Three of them tasted pretty similar too. I would hazard a guess that it was a slow week and the beers had been sitting in the pipes for a while and not cleaned out. The “head” on one of them was sort of scummy and looked like something you might find at the end of the night on an empty table. We both felt a bit of a stomach ache later in the evening, thankfully nothing too bad.

It’s a pity as it’s a lovely location and it would be great to have an alternative to the pretty limited beer choice on offer in...

was actually eyeing this place for my vigan vacation since this spot comes up on blog suggestions and facebook as well.

went there around 8pm. i thought it was gonna be busy but i was a bit of a slow night. the service was good and the food serving was also fast. loved their beef and its sauce. not a beer connoisseur but it was good. only unfortunate thing was they only had 2 available beer variety for that night.

the place is also huge and the AC temperature was perfectly set. not too warm and not too cold.

the only thing i was wondering was the additional charge on our bill. the receipt shows only around 600+ but the waiter wrote 800 on the bottom side of the paper and told me to pay that amount. unsure if it was for service charge or he just wanted a tip? didnt bother asking but i hope they made it clear as to...

Beverage: I tried craft beer. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+❤❤ (Beyond expectations) I even to get a small tour in their brewery. Staff were nice and were VERY accommodating. Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Quite hidden, not on the main crisologo street but it's pinned accurately. LOOK FOR THE PLACE. TOTALLY WORTH IT. If you want to go to a bar/restaurant that does not have sound pollution because you just want peace, it's the perfect place. They also have a wide area for exclusive wines upstairs. The food and it's prices is very affordable. Some guests might think it's luxury, but it's worth the price. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤❤
