I am your regular customer since 2012 or 13. There are a lot of coffee shops around the city already but still, the ambiance is pulling me there. It's homey! What I noticed is sometimes the staffs are friendly and sometimes are not. Maybe it depends upon their mood.? And sometimes they are not paying attention to their orders. I ordered 22oz but they served 16oz instead. The third time just happened recently. Sometimes the pasta is overcooked as well and something fishy is too salty. And there was one time I invited a friend there, she ordered a frappe and french fries, lasang itlog po. 😔 But hey! You're still one of my fave coffee shop and will continue to recommend to my friends outside the province. I made this review so you can improve your service. Read moreDidn't get a chance to drink their coffee. We were there by 9:30pm last Saturday and were informed they could not serve us, unless it's take out because they were gonna do inventory. Can't you do inventory while we drink quietly? Lol! Anyway, we went out and walked around and saw 1995 Cafe. They were gonna close at 10pm but they still served coffee and were very nice. Their coffee was so great. So, still thanks to Coffee Break. we were waiting for more than half an hour. my sister asked the person managing the front counter when will it be ready and they said it will be ready soon. after asking HER, my sister went to her seat and she heard an offensive word from the employee saying “it’s only been 20 mins, if they can’t wait, they can cancel it or i can cancel it! “ she thinks my sister didn’t heard it.
