Sneha's | Touch of India — Restaurant in Łódź

I usually love Sneha's and I always order online but Yersterday I went to the restaurant, they literally ignored me i didn't feel welcomed. Then 2 ladies walked in and they were given the menu as soon as they walked in. And they did not even buy anything 😏Usually there's a lady that would welcome you so nicely and lead you sit.

Then after they brought me the food, they delayed with giving the machine for me to pay, I was just observing just to make sure that I'm right by feeling like I should never step foot there or order online. They just acted nice as I was leaving like🙄🙄🙄! There was 1 guy that seemed a little nice, he kept making eye contact.

But this wasn't the service I always get I there with the ladies that work there. Had I not known what I wanted, I'd have left...

Drogi właścicielu sneha, Nie jesteśmy przeciwko twojej restauracji, ale chcieliśmy szczególnie uświadomić ci jakość jedzenia, które serwuje sneha. Zamówiliśmy wiele produktów na imprezę indyjską, ale niestety wszystkie potrawy, w tym sosy, były bez smaku i bezwartościowe (smakują i wyglądają jak dodany kolor i chemikalia). zdjęcia poniżej. Proszę nie psuj indyjskiej nazwy cosinus dostarczając takie jedzenie i ulepszaj swoich kucharzy. Aaloo tikki nie wygląda jak aloo tikki wygląda jak vada z nadmiarem oleju. Marynowany Lollipop z kurczaka jest zepsuty i nieumyty i bardzo brzydko pachnie. Udko z kurczaka Tandoori nie jest odpowiednio ugotowane, a masala była niegotowana i nie wygląda jak Tandoori. Chicken tikka i haaryali to tylko dodatki barwiące bez soli i na wpół ugotowane. Samosa całkowicie spalone i bez smaku. Mango lassi jest jak sok mleczny. Sałatki miały zapach jajka Wydaliśmy 314 zł, wszystko było zepsute i impreza się zepsuła.😡😡😡( daal trochę ok ) Proszę nie psuj indyjskiego cosinusa i dobrze zarządzaj swoją restauracją? . to jedzenie służy do zepsucia zdrowia. to moja ostatnia wizyta w Twojej restauracji

Dear sneha owner, We're not against your restaurant, but we wanted to especially make you aware of the quality of the food that sneha serves. We ordered multiple items for an Indian party but unfortunately all dishes were tasteless and worthless including the sauces (they taste and look like added color and chemicals). pictures below. Please don't spoil Indian cosine name by delivering such food and improve your chefs. Aaloo tikki does not look like aloo tikki looks like vada with excess oil. Marinating Chicken Lollipop is broken and unwashed and smells really bad. Tandoori Chicken Leg is not properly cooked and the masala was uncooked and doesn't look like Tandoori. Chicken tikka and haaryali are just coloring additives without salt and half cooked. Samosa completely burnt and tasteless. Mango lassi is like milk juice. On previously Friday, 27th of August, I was in Touch of India on Zamenhofa street and I'd like to thank this restaurant, that that day evening I could take a seat with my thirteen friends in Touch of India restaurant. And, by the way, I can teach a little polish language (a few words in my language) this young waitress, who served customers on that day.
