At first it took a long time to get the menu. Afterwards, the waitress did not make her self clear, as both me and my company did not hear her say double but apple, when we ordered s drink. Therefore she added 18 (!) PLN to a 26 PLN drink, as she added a double shot to the drink when I thought she would add apple flavor. She did not inform that the addition would cost 18, which is a lot in percentage in addition. When I asked her about it when I had payed the bill, she only answered “okay”. Extremely unprofessional, I have traveled all over the world and this was not respectful and if you work on a Main Street where there are 90% tourists, your information and English skills should be better. Never this...

I have never seen such a waste of owners money. Staff doesn't care of customers at all, in that 40 minute's at least 9 sets of clients just went along/left without attention. Waited and got no response and left ...WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!!!

The tables were sticky and dirty, food pre heated fried food (eatable). Waitresses cocky and horny for a table full of Botox lips whomen....never served other's who waited, never attended to those who waited on the gate(all left in a while). Quite comic sightseeing, but as I said WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!!!

To the police: outside of the place (sometimes in) dealer's where very active... definitely not a place for families with...

Not recommended if you are in a larger group. We were 6 persons in our group and the waitress mixed up every order and got the wrong food for us and didn't change it to the right order even when she did wrong. The drinks(orangejuice, ice tea and one orange-carrotjuice) came much later than the food and when the waitress came with the drinks she said they didn't have the orange-carrot juice and offered regular orangejuice, we said yes but when the juice finally came we already eaten up and was ready to pay. The waitress didn't care and didn't have empathy at all.

This happened when the restaurant was half full.
