Wine Bar Lofty used to be my favorite restaurant in Gliwice. I don’t know what changed, but they no longer seem to care about their guests. We are vegetarian and have never had a problem having a wonderful meal there with great wine. Last night we were treated like we were from Mars and were inconveniencing them to ask for veg options. Today I went to the restaurant with my friends and the visit was utterly dissappointing. Staff was completely unpleasant and incompetent. We were being ignored for a very long time in almost empty restaurant. Although premises is also the winery, the wine we were offered was warm.
