AIOLI inspired by Katowice — Restaurant in Katowice

We had a reservation for lunch and the expierence started already at the entrance, where you can always see a long queue, but dont get fooled by it, it isnt really worth it.

So we waited in the queue and maybe if wouldnt ignore the "wait to be seated" sign, we would wait there till now, because even if there where free tables outside and the waiters doesnt seemed to be in a rush, nobody cared, that you are wating. So after 10 minutes of waiting we just went inside, to tell them, we have a reservation.

Anyway, the ambiente and the drinks are amazing. What I didnt liked was the fact, that I came for the mussels and they serve them just on thursday and friday, which I didnt noticed on the menu before going to the restaurant and I cant really understand it, why just those to days. So I didnt ordered lunch and just tasted the pizza from my boyfriend, which was very good at taste and very thin, which I like.

Overall, I would maybe visit it again, but just for cocktails at the evening, but I really didnt liked the vibe of the place, their slogan "We are not sorry" -...

I went there with my girlfriend and we ordered breakfast and glass of coffee for each of us. They brought the coffee but not the breakfast. I was waiting there for 50 minutes when i realized that other people that arrived after us were getting the same breakfast that we have chosen. We called one waiter and she said that we must wait more because probably their colleagues are still preparing it. After 10 minutes we decided to go inside to pay the coffee and leave, when another waiter and A lady, probably the manager, admitted that they forgot about us and then they showed clueless about status of our order. At the beginning they wanted to ask us for the payment of coffees bit then they didn't know how to remove the breakfast from the bill, so they decided to give us...

About a month ago, I ordered two pizzas for takeaway. A minute after placing the order, I realized I made a mistake and asked the waitress to change one of the items. She refused, saying it was no longer possible, even though the preparation hadn’t started yet. After speaking with the manager, he eventually agreed to help, but the waitress’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.

The pizzas were served hot, but the way they were handed to me felt disrespectful. Unfortunately, the pizza itself was not of good quality and did not meet my expectations in taste or texture I honestly regretted ordering it.
