Kawiarnia Fotograficzna — Restaurant in Katowice

We were attracted by pictures of nice food and atmosphere and went there for breakfast. We didn’t feel welcome and looked like stuff was ignoring us (there was only 1 more guest in the restaurant). After 10 minutes waitress approached to say this is - self service and we should have read it at the bottom of the first menu page. We didn’t notice that and they didn’t bother to let us know when we entered the place. It doesn’t looks as self service at all + they have menu on each table. Who reads front page if you want to order food ? We would still accept it if the lady wasn’t completely unfriendly and then she walked away. She had a choice to be nice but she decided otherwise. So we stood up and left. Pls take extra course in hospitality and customer care. It is a pity to ruin your nice place / food offer because of service. I do not recommend the restaurant, there are plenty of nice places with nice people...

Even though the coffee shop is named as if it has some photographic references other than a few mediocre images on the walls and the WiFi password (the internet was completely useless BTW, 0.2mb download speed so couldn’t do anything more than emails) there is nothing photographic about this place. Prawie pół godziny czekania na jajecznicę to jest gruba przesada, kiedy na sali są tylko 2 inne stoliki. Dzięki temu spóźniłam się na swoje zobowiązania. Specjalnie dzwoniłam chwilę przed przyjściem, żeby zamówić za wczasu i być do przodu o kilka minut przygotowania, ponieważ miałam akurat tylko około pół godziny, ale niestety nie ma możliwości takiego zamawiania. I gdyby pani przez telefon powiedziała mi, zgodnie z prawdą, że czeka się do pół godziny, a nie tak jak mnie poinformowała - do 15 min, to wtedy nie byłoby problemu, po prostu bym nie przyszła i się nie denerwowała, a poszłabym tam, gdzie wiem, że robią śniadania w 10-15 min. Także bardzo duży minus za organizację, bo sama pracowałam w miejscu ze śniadaniami i wiem jak to powinno wyglądać.

Jak chodzi o samo jedzenie to w porządku, chociaż jajecznica była trochę za słona i zbyt ścięta, a nikt nie pytał o to jaki poziom ścięcia lubię. Można solić mniej i postawić przed klientem solniczkę.

Generalnie raczej polecam, jeśli ktoś ma nieograniczony czas, oferta wegetariańska jest też...
