We spent three nights at this hotel.||The hotel is relatively new, so everything was immaculate - clean and modern.||We arrived at check-in time, and were checked in quickly. If you have booked via a travel agent. skip the self-service terminal and head straight to the front desk.||The room was a good size, and everything was really modern. There were a good amount of power points. The bed was comfortable and there were blackout curtains. We found our remote control wasn't working, and it was replaced within a few minutes.||There was free drinking water on all floors, dispensed by a tap which had still or sparkling. There were recycling bins too.||The location is good - pretty central.||The hotel breakfast was excellent. Rewelacyjny hotel, dzięki czemu miło wspominamy 3-dniowy pobyt w Katowicach. Hotel jest dość nowy, w wysokim standardzie, nowoczesny, czysty, z ciekawym designem. Bardzo dobre wrażenie robi już od przekroczenia progu, jeśli chodzi o jakość i wyposażenie pokoi i części wspólnych, naprawdę jest bardzo dobrze. Obsługa jest profesjonalna i bardzo uprzejma. Pokój mieliśmy całkiem duży, bardzo nam się podobał. Standard i jakość wyposażenia zasługują na bardzo wysoką ocenę, wszystko wygląda na nowe, m.in. jest duży telewizor, darmowy sejf, żelazko i deska do prasowania, a na korytarzu można skorzystać z dystrybutora wody niegazowanej i gazowanej. Śniadania są bardzo smaczne, produkty wysokiej jakości, wybór potraw nie jest ogromny, ale przyzwoity, a w dodatku fajnie wyróżnia się pewnymi aspektami wśród innych hoteli (np. możliwość przyrządzenia gofrów, domowe ciasta, lemoniada owocowa czy bezalkoholowe owocowe drinki), moim zdaniem każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wystrój restauracji wpisuje się w cały hotel, czyli jest nowocześnie i komfortowo. Restauracja nie jest zbyt duża, podczas naszego pobytu nie było żadnych problemów z miejscami czy chwilowym brakiem potraw, ale być może przy dużej liczbie gości zmierzających jednocześnie na śniadanie może to stanowić problem. Cena noclegu na pewno nie jest niska, natomiast biorąc pod uwagę standard obiektu oraz jego lokalizację, uważam, że jest jak najbardziej adekwatna. Hotel dysponuje dodatkowo płatnymi miejscami parkingowymi, jest kilka miejsc w parkingu podziemnym (nie skorzystaliśmy, ponieważ nie były dostępne podczas naszego pobytu) oraz położony z tyłu budynku parking naziemny na 10-15 miejsc, w odległości około 50 metrów od wejścia do hotelu. W tym miejscu mała uwaga - kierując się samochodem na ten parking najlepiej wpisać jego adres w nawigacji (Teatralna 18), a nie kierować się pod główne wejście hotelu, ponieważ z uwagi na układ ulic jednokierunkowych, przejazd spod hotelu na parking zamie nam 7-10 minut. Lokalizacja hotelu jest kolejnym jego atutem, w bliskiej odległości mamy zarówno Rynek, jak i halę widowiskową Spodek oraz Międzynarodowe Centrum Kongresowe. Drobny minus w mojej opinii to cena za parking, która jednak jest dość wysoka. 80 zł za dobę to chyba najwyższa stawka, jaką płaciłem w ostatnim czasie za hotelowy parking w obiektach zlokalizowanych w centrum różnych...
